About TheNews100

1. Who We Are

TheNews100 is an independent digital news publication engineered for the modern reader. Founded to eliminate algorithmic noise, clickbait headlines, and sensationalism, we deliver verified, essential news briefings covering India, world affairs, technology, economy, defense, cricket, and science in clear, readable language.

2. Our Editorial Principles

We adhere strictly to the tenets of truthful, transparent journalism:

• Source Verification First: Every news item is corroborated against primary announcements, official government releases, authenticated wire dispatches, and trusted reporting before publication.
• Context & Attribution: We provide prominent transparent attribution to primary newsmakers and agencies with direct links.
• Speed with Integrity: While we operate 24/7 in real-time, accuracy always takes precedence over speed. Stories with unconfirmed details are classified under our enhanced verification workflows.

3. Ethics, Corrections & Transparency

We maintain an open-door policy for corrections and clarifications. When errors occur, we promptly update the story and append an editor's note explaining what was altered.
