Senate Few John Thune said this week that The Republicans “Welcome” Former President A Donald Trump Assistance in repatriating most of the Senate, but repeating the false claims that the 2020 presidential election was stolen “removes us from the final seat.”

“President Trump still has a huge following among our supporters across the country and, you know, does this, or tries, every day,” Thune, RS.D., told Fox News. “But I think for us as Republican senators our job right now is to try to get the majority back in 2022 and give a check and take action against this crazy Biden policy.”

Thune, whom Trump last year called for re-election, announced this week that he would run for re-election in a few months. Thune said family matters make him retire but the bargaining goal of President Biden, the establishment of GOP policies and the replacement of Senate Senator Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., As a senior Republican in the House of Representatives The Senate all led to his decision to run for office. another six-year period.

The lower house said victory in the Senate would be a major milestone in the 2022 victory for Republicans. But he said continuing to debate the presidential election was not conducive to that goal.

“As long as President Trump can be helpful, he can help,” in response to the Senate, Thune said, “we welcome this.”

“But I think every time we talk about the 2020 elections and repeat them, it removes us from the last seat. That is why I think most Republican senators understand that for us to succeed as a country we must do better. ‘back, “he said. “We welcome the support of the former President in this regard, but hope to play a positive role in helping many more people by 2022.”

THUNE SAYS GOP’S MOST OBJECTIVE TO COME TO THE SENATE, BANNING DEMS ” CRAZY RADICAL AGENDA ‘

Republicans are facing a tougher approach to adopting a Senate majority this year than they do at home. This is because all members of the House are expected to be re-elected in 2022, as Republicans play a key role in their 2016 Senate victory.

With the approval of President Biden, the economy is booming and following strong protests in governments like Virginia and New Jersey in 2021, Republicans are beginning to rise politically.

But McConnell warned last month that a poor man who could win the 2022 primary could cripple Republicans in a major Senate race. He also mentioned the two Republican Senate violations in Georgia, which many blamed for the Trump election.

“I’ll name four names and ask you a question. Christine O’Donnell, Sharron Angle, Todd Akin and Richard Mourdock,” said McConnell, citing the 2012 GOP Senate nominees backed by the Tea Party. “What do they all look like? It doesn’t set.”

McConnell added: “I don’t care how you describe yourself, whether you consider yourself a Trump candidate or this person or that person, there are ways to determine if you are elected … the difference between the winner. And from what we see, we would have won one seat in Georgia. we could not do anything. [American Rescue Plan]. We are not talking about reckless tax and spending money.

And for Thune, the majority of the GOP Senate is the key to ensuring that Democrat policy is not on the cards for Biden’s last two years.

“We think it is important for this country to have a check and disagreement against what the Biden White House and Democrats in Congress are trying to promote,” Thune told Fox News.

Despite Thune’s demands, it does not appear that Trump wants to ban his false claims in the 2020 election. He said Friday that he had been talking about it at his Saturday rally in Arizona.

“We look forward to seeing everyone in Arizona tomorrow! More topics will be discussed including the 2020 Presidential Election, False Falsehood, LameStream Media fraud, Afghanistan disaster, Rising Money, the sudden disrespect of our Nation and its leaders., And much more,” says Trump.
