Iran reveals COVID-19 data for January 15

About 1,421 people have been infected with the coronavirus (COVID-19) in the last 24 hours in Iran, according to Iran’s Ministry of Health and Medical Education, Events reports.

In addition, 18 people died of coronavirus the previous day.

At the same time, 1,369 people remain vulnerable.

So far, more than 43.3 million tests have been performed in Iran to detect coronavirus infection.

In all, about 126 million vaccines have been used in Iran so far. A rate of 60.3 million was spent in the first phase, 53 million in the second phase, and 12.2 million in the third phase.

Iran continues to monitor the state of the coronavirus in the country. According to recent reports from Iranian authorities, more than 6.21 million people have been infected, and 132,044 people have already died.

To date, over 6.06 million people have been cured of the disease. The world continues to take steps to prevent the spread of the virus.

It is alleged that the virus was brought to Iran by an Iranian businessman in Qom, who went to China, despite being warned. The man later died of the disease. The Islamic Republic has announced its first outbreak and death of coronavirus on Feb. 19.

The epidemic in the Chinese city of Wuhan – which is a global tourist destination – began in the fish market at the end of December 2019.

The World Health Organization (WHO) on March 11 declared COVID-19 a pandemic. Some say that the coronavirus epidemic began in November 2019.
