Brit who got stuck in Kabul flies to Kazakhstan to ‘be a lil goofy’

A young Brit who became well-known online after visiting Afghanistan among Taliban insurgents, is now on his way to Kazakhstan.

Well-known 4chan ‘Lord’ Miles Routledge has embarked on a journey to Kazakhstan, seeking to “roam like the British.” Central Asia has recently experienced a spate of violent clashes between Covid-19 cases.

‘Lord’ Miles announced the start of his new tour in a Twitter post on Saturday.

“I’m going to Kazakhstan right now! he wrote.

A 24-year-old British student, who calls himself a ‘lord,’ based on a mastership card he bought as fraudulent and obtained a credit card called ‘Lord ML Routledge,’ launched a fundraising campaign. “trip” last week.

The campaign, called ‘help miles to Kazakhstan to go!’, took a total amount £ 1,200 (approximately $ 1,500).

Kazakhstan may not seem like the best place to go because of the recent violence that left at least 225 people dead and thousands injured, but such tragedies seem to be what the young Brit is all about. When a Twitter user wanted him “safe travel,” Routledge replied “Thank you but I do not believe.”

Kazakhstan has been rocked by a series of violent riots over oil prices in the early part of the new year, sparking riots and looting in several places across the country, resulting in at least 4,500 deaths and injuries.

‘Lord’ Miles had found online history in August and went to Afghanistan looking for “Get out and let me in the sun” amid the Taliban’s outrage. The traveler, who described much of his online travels, witnessed the collapse of the country’s government, and was later detained in Kabul as he fell into the hands of the Taliban. The boy was eventually deported by fighter jet, along with other refugees from the Taliban.
